Responsibilities: As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in handling succession cases and providing support to grieving families. Here's a glimpse of the key responsibilities:

• Succession Case Management: Oversee and manage succession cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring legal compliance and efficient processes.

• Family Support: Provide compassionate support to families navigating the complexities of succession after a loved one's passing.

• Legal Documentation: Prepare and draft legal documents related to successions, including wills, inheritance agreements, and related paperwork.

• Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any potential disputes or legal challenges arising from succession cases.

• Client Communication: Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients, guiding them through legal procedures and ensuring their understanding of the process.

Criteria

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in notarial law.
• Master's degree in Law or specialized training in succession and inheritance matters.
• Dutch-speaking with excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with grieving families and diverse stakeholders.
