Evertys is a consultancy agency, based in Braine-l'Alleud and Antwerp, for companies looking for expertise in the fields of Core Business Solutions like Human Resources, Finance or Legal.

As a Business Manager at Evertys, you will be part of a young and dynamic team. This division of the SISU Group is constantly evolving and the demand from our clients is growing every day!



On one hand, we offer our consultants an exciting experience with hands-on involvement in a variety of projects, allowing them to learn first-hand about different aspects of HR, Finance, Legal,... 

On the other hand, we provide tailor-made services to our clients, ranging from consultancy to permanent recruitment. Our goal is to position ourselves as advisors and to respond most effectively to their needs.



Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment: Proactively identifying candidates who align with the requirements of various client assignments. Effectively managing various recruitment channels, including social media.
  • Selection: Carefully reviewing received resumes and reaching out to promising candidates to assess their compatibility with our company.
  • Networking: Actively developing and maintaining a network of talented consultants and existing or potential clients.
  • Business Development: Strategically identifying and nurturing new clients opportunities to generate partnerships and drive sustainable growth for our organization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment/consultancy needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Providing an exceptional experience to all candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: with our exceptional marketing and HR teams to develop employer branding strategies and impactful recruitment campaigns.

  • An affinity with the financial market is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of individual needs, enabling you to help each candidate unleash their full potential.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to deepen your knowledge of the fields in which our consultants operate.

What we expect from you:

  • A first experience in talent acquisition, whether in recruitment, temporary staffing, or consultancy.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English.
  • A pleasant and sociable personality, capable of harmonious collaboration with your colleagues
