Your mission as intern:

As a full-fledged member of the Evertys team, you will work alongside recruitment and business development professionals. Your journey will be an immersive experience in the world of work, where you will explore the intricacies of recruitment, ultimately mastering this dynamic field.

• You will have the opportunity to build and cultivate your professional network, precisely match candidates with opportunities, and deepen your sector-specific expertise and understanding of the markets we serve.
• You will also take an active role in promoting our employer brand and acting as an ambassador for Evertys. This includes creating and curating content for our social media platforms to showcase our company culture, values, and industry expertise.
• You will manage human relationships with candidates and clients and establish a privileged position within your network. Positioning you as a trusted advisor for professional development, both for clients and candidates.

Field training based on the SISU Group method

• Our intensive training program will prepare you to excel in recruitment by tailoring the required skills specifically for experts in this field. You will develop your non-technical skills to become a headhunter, talent manager, resource planner, active entrepreneur, business developer, and dedicated consultant.

Criteria

The ideal intern:

• The ideal candidate possesses a clear vision of their personal life goals and is determined to achieve them. Discipline and planning are essential values, seen as means to freedom and efficiency.
• There are no specific academic prerequisites, but a genuine interest in human-related professions with a strong commercial aspect is essential.
• You have a thirst for knowledge and success, demonstrating a constant desire for learning and improvement. Your mindset is practical, meaning you can implement ideas concretely and effectively. You also possess an entrepreneurial personality, indicating your inclination toward innovation, taking initiative, and seeking new opportunities.
• Native French or Dutch and professional-level English is a must for effective communication in a professional and multicultural environment.
• In terms of personality traits, this person is described as dynamic and organized, suggesting you are proactive, persistent, flexible, and resilient to stress. You are motivated to achieve your goals and are prepared to seize opportunities with determination.
