As a Payroll Consultant at Evertys, you will be part of our consultant team. This division of the SISU Group is constantly evolving and the demand from our clients is growing every day!

The role of a Payroll consultant encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities crucial to operational excellence and the overall enhancement of the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing end-to-end monthly payroll processes for one or more service lines is a key responsibility and ensuring strict compliance with regulations. The payments and salary calculations will be accurate and punctual. This involves understanding the specific aspects of payroll processing for internal customers, running daily payroll runs, being able to handle administrative tasks, managing the application used for payroll and carrying out regular checks. It also involves answering questions from staff and keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation. In fulfilling these responsibilities, you will be an essential member of the team, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.

Criteria

• You have 3-4 years of pertinent experience in payroll administration;
• You are fluent in both national languages: French and Dutch and have a good knowledge in English;
• You possess strong understandings in Belgian labor legislation;
• You are autonomic, organized, and structured;
• You have good organizational, stakeholders management and employee management skills;
• You are good in punctuality and precison;
• You exhibit a strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.
